The Worst Day Ever pt. 1   "What?!" I stand and slam my hands on Coach Barber's desk. "You're taking me out of the competition?! But I'm the best swimmer on the team!"     Coach doesn't do anything; he just says, "After last week's incident I can't have you swimming." He's referring to me pulling like three muscles in my left arm during the swim meet last week. It happens a lot because it was injured in a car accident when I was seven, but last week it was a little serious. It still kind of hurts.     "But I'm fine now! Look:" I wave my arm around and try not to hint that it hurts, but he can tell.
